Primary Responsibilities: To work on Data Tabulation, Cross Tabs & Data Processing in Quantum/SPSS Tools

Educational Qualifications Preferred

• Degree: BE/B.Tech/BCA/BSC(IT)/BSC (Stats)/BSC(IT)/ NIIT Diploma
  
  

Required Work Experience

• Industry: Market Research
• Role: Analysis, Data Tabulation, Cross Tabs, Data Processing
• Years of experience: 3-5 Years
  
  

Key Performance Indicators:

• Work on data tabulation using main Data Processing tools like Quantum, Dimension.
• All types of Weighting in Data Tables
• Ensuring all project deliverables are as per schedule and timelines provided by the client.
• Must be proactive and take initiative to learn more about market research techniques, internal software and processes.
• Proficiency in verbal/written communication in English language.
  
  

Required Competencies:

• Have good knowledge about data processing and could be able to process tables, Analysis through Quantum/SPSS tools.
• Should have great knowledge all types of Weighting.
• Discuss issues related to questionnaires/Tab spec with clients and suggest solutions for the same.
• Crisp Communication with clients and work as an interface between team and client counterpart
• Manage internally sponsored benchmarking initiatives as well as take proactive steps on emerging issues.
• Collaborate with team members in a professional and supportive environment.
• Assist the supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc. Upon request, participate and contribute in review meetings.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
