Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be working with a dynamic and self-driven team with the task of ensuring that Incentive payouts (Bonuses) are successfully processed for global markets

The tool used for processing these incentives is VARICENT SPM (Formerly IBM ICM Ver10). Knowledge of this tool is compulsory

Your duties will involve the troubleshooting of data issues, creating reports, working with the team at aspect of the incentives process


Qualification

Bachelor's Degreewith 2 4 years of experience

Skills and leadership behaviors are expected:

Thorough Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

SQL Programming skill required

Python Scripting skill desired

Knowledge of IBM ICM/Varicent SPM desired

Knowledge of Incentives processes

Databases/Tables/Workflows - Creating, Editing, updating
