• 
  Product Ownership and analysis of Servicing (GSG) impacts for Enterprise Critical Multi Year Initiatives (ECMIs) - Authorization Modernization Program (AMP) and Intuitive Servicing Portal (ISP) programs.
  
• 
  Actively participate in all required cadence based SAFe agile ceremonies like Daily stand ups, Sprint planning, Feature Refinement, solution refinement, Program Increment planning (PI planning), Show and Tell, retrospectives, etc. to lead engineering scrum teams for product feature development.
  
• 
  Project Analysis for AMP GSG impacts, including planning and coordinating day-to-day activities.
• 
  Work with key stakeholders across business, operations, Credit Fraud Risk, Strategy and enterprise team to assist the product management team in creation of product roadmap, customer journeys and product vision.
• 
  Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
• 
  Ability to effectively manage projects, develop project plans, track project status and ensure timely completion of projects.
• 
  Develop Spreadsheets, Power Point Presentations and Process Maps to document requirements for engineering team.
• 
  Build and maintain relationship with all key stakeholders within and outside the program to ensure smooth delivery of results.
• 
  Coordination of internal and external resources to maximize project and program success.
• 
  Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and use them to Manage projects and to effectively communicate with Key stakeholders.
• 
  Support day to day responsibility of a project analysis in support of AMP GSG PMO.
  

• 
  Prior Product Ownership experience is highly desired.
• 
  Prior experience working directly with an engineering team is good to have.
• 
  Working knowledge or Servicing Operations is highly desired.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 
  High level of flexibility with the ability to absorb new information and adapt to change quickly.
• 
  Excellent written and Verbal communication Skills
• 
  Ability to work independently and interact effectively with at all organizational levels
• 
  Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently/with minimal supervision
• 
  Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
• 
  Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 
  Experience / Understanding / Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Project Management or Agile Software Development Methodology will be a plus.
