We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain DataStage ETL processes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing ETL workflows to ensure efficiency, reliability, and data integrity. You will perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, while conducting thorough data validation and testing to maintain high data quality standards. The role also involves developing and executing test plans and test cases, as well as supporting end-users when required.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. Additionally, you will be involved in incident management activities, ensuring timely resolution of production issues. The position requires flexibility to work in shift rotations and provide on-call support during weekends and public holidays, ensuring continuous system availability and support.

As a
DevOps Engineer (DataStage ETL), having
DataStage ETL development and optimization is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of
Data validation,
SQL,
testing methodologiesand incident management will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a
DataStage ETL and data integration aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of
incident management and root cause analysis, as well as agile methodologies. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
