Associate Developer - MEAN Stack

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to conceptualize and implement software solutions
• Participate in the entire application development lifecycle
• Translate designer wireframes into responsive and functional front-end applications
• Build dynamic user interfaces using Angular 8/9 and Typescript
• Design and develop back-end logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Build and manage scalable and efficient RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, ensuring performance, reliability, and security
• Integrate third-party APIs and services while maintaining application stability
• Apply best practices in software development for reusability and scalability
• Set up and maintain security and data protection measures
• Ensure applications are responsive and optimized for various devices and environments
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve software performance
• Lead or contribute to code reviews and mentoring of junior developers

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of industry experience as a MEAN Stack Developer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proficiency with Angular 8/9, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and CSS preprocessors (Sass)
• Experience in building reusable and modular Angular components
• Good command over API development including authentication (passport), file handling (Multer), and email services (Nodemailer)
• Familiarity with real-time communication using Socket.io
• Exposure to MongoDB features including aggregations, indexing, sharding, clustering, and security
• Working knowledge of Redis, AWS, Mongo Atlas
• Understanding of system design, algorithms, and data structures
• Bonus: Experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jasmine
