Job Description
We are looking for aLevel 1 Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in Digital Technologieswho brings strong foundationalexpertisein.NET development, Microsoft Azure, and API integration concepts. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about building scalable digital solutions, learning modern cloud-native practices, and contributing to high-quality enterprise applications.
The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, product teams, and QA to design, develop, support, and enhance digital applications aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, andmaintainapplications using.NET / .NET Core / ASP.NETtechnologies.
- Build and consumeREST APIsand support system-to-system integrations.
- Work withAzure servicessuch as App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, and monitoring tools.
- Participate in application development lifecycle activities including design, coding, unit testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot production and lower-environment issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, DevOps, and architects.
- Follow coding standards, secure development practices, and performance optimization guidelines.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release activities in Azure-based environments.
- Contribute to documentation, technical design notes, and API specifications.
- Continuously upskill in cloud, APIs, and modern engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experiencein software development / digital engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience inC#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API.
- Good understanding ofRESTful APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Exposure toMicrosoft Azure cloud platform.
- Knowledge ofAzure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control.
- Basic understanding ofSQL Server / database concepts.
- Familiarity with debugging, logging, and application monitoring.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communicationand collaborationmindset.
Preferred / Value Add Skills
- Microsoft Azure Certification(AZ-900, AZ-204, or equivalent)will be astrong value add.
- Exposure tomicroservicesarchitecture.
- Experience withevent-driven integrations and messaging systems.
- Understanding ofapplication support / operations processes.
- Knowledge of secure API practices such asOAuth, JWT, and API gateways.
