Job Description

Position Overview

The Associate / Deputy General Manager, Corporate Development, is a leadership role responsible for supporting the development and growth of selected strategic healthcare businesses and services. The role will work closely with Group leadership, clinical teams and relevant business units to identify growth opportunities, develop sustainable business models, strengthen market positioning and support the expansion of key healthcare offerings in Singapore and selected regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Preventive Health

The role will provide strategic and commercial direction for the Group's preventive health and wellness businesses, with a focus on developing integrated and personalised healthcare offerings that respond to evolving demand for preventive, longevity and holistic care. This includes identifying opportunities to strengthen and scale relevant services, develop sustainable commercial models and bring together complementary healthcare offerings for corporate and private client segments.

2) Premium Healthcare Service

The role will oversee the commercial development of the Group's premium healthcare services, with a focus on strengthening market positioning, customer acquisition and long-term client value. This includes developing suitable service propositions, pricing and distribution strategies, identifying appropriate corporate and institutional channels, and working closely with clinical and operational teams to maintain service quality, differentiation and continuity of care.

3) Regional Businesses Oversight

The role will provide strategic oversight and support for selected regional business and market-development initiatives, ensuring alignment with Group priorities and governance standards. This includes evaluating relevant market opportunities and partnerships, supporting the development of referral and business channels, monitoring market and regulatory developments, and working with regional teams to strengthen appropriate cross-border healthcare opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of leadership experience incorporate development, commercial strategy, business development or related functions, preferably within healthcare, medical services, insurance ,hospitality or another relevant service sector.

The individual should have demonstrated experience in developing new business opportunities, strategic partnerships or market-development initiatives, together with strong commercial judgement, analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills. Regional or international market experience would be advantageous.

The role requires the ability to engage effectively with management, clinical leaders and external partners, with a high level of professionalism, judgement and discretion.
