Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist based in Bengaluru. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and restorative treatments. They will assess patients oral health, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform various dental procedures. The role requires maintaining patient records accurately, staying current with advancements in dentistry, and upholding excellent patient care and safety standards. Collaboration with the broader dental team to ensure smooth daily operations will also be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performing routine and advanced dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental treatments
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Exceptional communication and patient management abilities, with a focus on providing a comfortable and anxiety-free experience
- Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of clinical safety and patient confidentiality
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team
- Relevant dental education (BDS or equivalent) and active dental licensure to practice in India
- Up-to-date knowledge of advancements and innovations in dentistry
- Previous experience in cosmetic dentistry or specialized areas of practice is a plus
