Job Title: Associate – Program Operations & Product Coordination
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to support program operations, product requirement gathering, and training initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, learners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery, accurate product communication, and effective training execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end program execution including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and learner communication
- Gather, document, and share detailed product requirements with relevant teams
- Coordinate with internal teams, faculty, and external partners to meet timelines and ensure accurate content delivery
- Design and manage training programs for new product features, updates, and launches
- Plan and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), monitor performance insights, and recommend improvements
- Act as the first point of contact for learners and stakeholders to resolve queries
- Prepare weekly/status reports and maintain detailed project documentation
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management
- (Freshers with relevant skills can also apply)
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good analytical ability with working knowledge of MS Excel and basic data handling
- Basic understanding of project management tools/methodologies
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to new processes
