Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive end-to-end client engagements focused on Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain.
This role combines technical leadership, project management, client engagement, and team mentorship. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in life sciences data management, strong Python programming skills, and hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions for HCP, HCO, and payer data within the U.S. pharmaceutical market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
- Drive project planning, scope definition, solution design, and execution while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Guide teams in configuring and implementing MDM platforms and developing project-specific data frameworks.
- Build, optimize, and manage data pipelines, workflows, and reporting processes using Python and related technologies.
- Analyze complex business and data challenges, develop hypotheses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Manage client communications, project timelines, status reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including client engagement, solution specialists, and data teams.
- Monitor project finances, support SOW creation, oversee invoicing activities, and ensure operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Support recruiting, training, process improvement initiatives, and organizational growth efforts.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand engagements and deliver additional value.
- Coordinate closely with U.S.-based clients and project managers to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in data management, analytics, consulting, or related fields.
- Mandatory experience implementing or supporting Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience managing HCP, HCO, and payer master data in the U.S. pharmaceutical market.
- Advanced Python programming skills for data processing, analysis, automation, and reporting.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data management best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Commercial Data Warehouses (CDW) in the U.S. life sciences sector.
- Prior consulting experience supporting pharmaceutical commercial operations and analytics.
- Experience leading distributed global teams and managing multiple concurrent engagements.
Working Model
- Willingness to support U.S.-based clients with approximately 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
