Associate Delivery Manager - Data Architect

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri

Job Purpose

Effectively capable of handling Development and Support.

Interact with cross functional business teams to understand business needs and prioritize requirements and deliver it.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Would be required to understand business logic from PMO team and convert it into technical specification
• Should be responsible for project deliveries on time.
• Would prepare technical design for enhancements/new projects and get it developed from team (External Business partner/internal).
• Would be responsible to Design, build and launch new data extraction, transformation and loading processes.
• Would be responsible to provide support with resolution for all critical process related to Lending & Collection Platform and Integration processes.
• Would be responsible to address all issue related to Core Platforms.
• Would be responsible to build up data integration module between different systems.
• Would be responsible to build data expertise and own data quality.
• Would be responsible to prepare processes and best practices in day to day activities and get it implemented by team.
• Interface with business users and product managers to satisfy day-to-day data needs as well as to lead and build the overall delivery strategy.
• Provide timely guidance to team.
• Would be responsible to address all performance related issues in programs.
• Define and manage SLAs for all jobs, reports and schedule task.
• Work with Development team to identify issues and drive to resolution.

Good negotiation and communication skill.
