About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and motivated fresher candidates who have recently graduated between 2020 and 2024 and have a strong interest and foundational knowledge in Data Science. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, explore data, and apply analytical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in building and evaluating machine learning models.
- Work with the team to create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Support the data and analytics team in data-driven projects.
- Document processes and communicate findings clearly.
Required Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Graduation Year: 20202024).
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Knowledge of machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of data cleaning and preprocessing techniques.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or database management.
- Basic exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
