Role Overview:

We are looking for an Associate Cyber security Analyst (Entry Level) to join our security team based out of Bangalore, which is working on next-generation SaaS applications on the Hybrid Cloud platform, who are passionate about solving real business problems through innovation and engineering practices.

You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of Cybersecurity, Penetration Testing etc., Have a thirst to learn new technologies and update themselves to find new solutions to meet the needs of our constantly growing business.

This role is open to both freshers and individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the field, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and contribution to our organization's security posture.

What You Will Do (But not limited):

Vulnerability Assessment:

• Conduct vulnerability assessments on systems and networks.
• Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities based on risk.

Penetration Testing (for Experienced Candidates):

• Conduct penetration testing on web applications, networks, and systems.
• Utilize ethical hacking techniques to simulate real-world cyber-attacks. (Freshers also can apply but need a strong knowledge in the penetrating testing side).

Documentation:

• Document findings, procedures, and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop comprehensive reports on assessment results.

Security Best Practices:

• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices.

Enhancement with hands-on:

• hands-on experience in cybersecurity fundamentals, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment.
• Collaborate with senior team members to enhance skills and knowledge in real-world scenarios

What You Will Need:

• Demonstrated knowledge in security domain.
• At least 1+ years of experience in penetration testing environment
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of public Clouds like AWS, GCP, AZURE etc.,
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools and techniques (e.g., Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap). Bug Bounty experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools and methodologies. Experience with common cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) for candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Freshers can apply with specialization in cyber security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
