Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle customer interactions across multiple communication channels including voice, email, and chat to ensure exceptional service and support.
  • Shift Operations: Work in 9-hour rotational shifts as part of a 24x7 customer experience (CX) operation, including weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
  • Cross-Brand Flexibility: Support different brands within the organization based on operational needs and priorities.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow data protection, security, and compliance protocolswork is strictly from the office; personal devices are not permitted on the CX floor.
  • Asset Management: Ensure all company-issued assets such as laptops, chargers, and headsets are submitted at the end of each shift and reissued at the start of the next working day.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth workflow and deliver consistent service quality.
  • Customer Experience: Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by identifying pain points, sharing feedback, and supporting process improvements.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to work under dynamic business conditions, including occasional six-day workweeks when required.
