Job Description:

This position is responsible to provide World Class Customer Service to Medline's Customers and Sales Representatives.

Some of the responsibilities are:

  • Entering accurate sales orders in ERP based on Customers Purchase order and requirements.
  • Meet daily sales order entry targets defined for the customer service representatives.
  • Ensure Order maintenance and timely amendments in QAD and also appropriate validation of EDI orders, error resolutions from order entry to order Invoicing.
  • Perform translation of different languages from EU countries to English as applicable when customer's communication is in their language for their requests.
  • Review all reports on a regularly basis to ensure proper maintenance and to support month end and year-end closings.
  • Understand and work on customer complaints and resolution.
  • Co-ordinate with cross functional teams to release order blocks and to ensure smoot order fulfillment process.
  • Follow internal processes and policies & Work related SLA's.
  • Keep updated about any new system or process enhancements.
  • Follow required training to perform the job with great efficiency.
  • Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the line manager or Head of Department/Division.

Essential Skills

Skills / Experience / Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Methodic and structured organization skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize and organize a busy workload.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and ERP systems (Preferred QAD).
  • Able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team with different cultural and national backgrounds.
  • Confident in dealing with individuals at all levels internally.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience is desired.

Relevant experience with Customer Service Order Management function.

Hands-on experience on QAD as an ERP is a Plus.

Knowledge of the medical supplies market place is a Plus.

Experience in related business functions such as purchasing, supply chain or sales is Plus.
