About the Role
The
Associate Relationship Manager Branch Banking is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key clients within the
Retail Liabilities business. This role focuses on acquiring High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), deepening existing relationships through cross-selling, and delivering personalized banking solutions. The incumbent acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring superior service delivery, portfolio management, and compliance with branch standards, while contributing to strategic initiatives and enhancing the bank's visibility

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key clients by offering need-based solutions to increase their share of wallet.
- Acquire HNI customers and onboard them into the Privilege Banking Program.
- Deepen existing banking relationships through cross-selling of products and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with branch Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain control in sales and service processes.
- Serve as a liaison between the bank and key customers, providing complete banking solutions, portfolio management, wealth management, and customer servicing.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct regular activities in the catchment area to acquire HNI customers and enhance IDFC FIRST Bank's visibility.
- Participate in key central initiatives and actively seek referrals from existing customers.
- Collaborate with team members and support functions to deliver comprehensive product and service offerings to clients.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- Relevant experience in retail liabilities, relationship management, or HNI banking is preferred.
