Description
As a Fashion Curator, your primary responsibility is to curate and manage the assortment of fashion products available on our platform. You will work closely with the site merchandising, marketing, and Brand & Creative teams to ensure that our product stories align with the brand's identity and resonate with our target audience.
Key job responsibilities
Curation & Selection Experience
- Selecting and curating a diverse range of fashion items, including clothing, accessories, and footwear, to feature on the Amazon App & Website.
- Creating appealing product collections and stories for an enhanced shopping experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content to highlight curated items and tell compelling stories.
- Analyzing performance data for curations to make data-driven decisions regarding curation strategies.
- Ensuring product quality, accuracy, and consistency across the website by conducting regular quality checks and audits.
- Conduct thorough and regular competition benchmarking analyses to understand the product assortment, curation & content topics, and customer engagement techniques employed by key competitors within the e-commerce fashion space.
Trends Forecasting
- Identify key fashion trends through online & offline research
- Create Repository of all fashion reports through the research
- Highlight gaps in the assortment from a core and trend perspective
Catalog
- Identify cataloging and curation errors and highlight the same
- Be able to work with teams to get data errors corrected
- Identify available trends in existing catalog to help create the repository of trends in fashion
- Manage the hygiene of catalog attributes
Null searches / Zero searches to be fixed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience in visual design and advertising across a range of media and platforms
