Role/ Job Title: Associate-Credit strategy

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose

The Analyst Process & Strategy is responsible for driving endtoend process excellence across customer journeys by identifying optimization opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting cost reduction initiatives. The role focuses on leveraging automation, policy enhancements, and industry best practices to improve the zeroops scorecard, elevate customer experience, and shorten end-to-end turnaround times.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Explore process optimization methods through automation or policy changes for improving zero ops scorecard.
  • Make customer journey processes more efficient resulting in better customer experience and reduced E2E TAT.
  • Identify improvement in end-to-end processes through removal of non-core activities, increase in efficiency through new builds and parametrization.
  • Drive the yearly budget and YOY reduction in total processing cost
  • Work with credit, collection, product and policy teams to improve end to end process and portfolio quality
  • Drive end to end innovation implementation from POC, designing to launch and adoption of the build
  • Retrospective analysis of journey processes, analyze the data (E.g. rationalization of deviations and skewness of file flow at a particular level) and suggest measures to improve the quality of processes.
  • SOP creation & modification, identifying risks and taking proactive action
  • Demonstrate expertise in getting industry benchmarks and suggest ways to resolve gaps between current and industry benchmarks.
  • Work closely with Planning & Monitoring teams to ensure SLA constraints are met and take actions to resolve any breaches.
  • Leverage industry practices to suggest ways to match company practices with industry benchmarks.
  • Work with business teams and credit teams to drive adoption of the builds/changes implemented.
  • Liase with the product team and projects team on effective manpower planning to land the builds on time

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

  • Improvement in zero ops scorecard, FTNR, TAT, portfolio quality. Improvement in productivity; Reduction in YOY processing costs; Adherence

Education Qualifications

Graduation: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
