Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure optimum utilisation of analyst resources.
- To ensure analyst team adherence to credit policy and defined processes, TAT etc.
- Coordination with SFDC team for bugs and errors resolution.
- Coordination with sales and operations team for faster disbursals.
- Maintaining required AOP productivity, TAT and team attrition metrics.
- Maintaining Daily Login MIS, Disbursal MIS and other MIS as required by the management from time to time.
