Role Overview
We're looking for a highly strategic and creatively driven Associate Creative Director/Lead to lead brand storytelling, integrated campaigns, and content direction across channels. This role combines big-picture brand thinking with hands-on creative leadership, someone who can shape narratives, direct multidisciplinary creative teams, and build culturally relevant campaigns that drive brand affinity and business impact.
You will lead a team of copywriters, design, video production, and editing, while also owning the exploration and deployment of AI tools and systems to enhance creative efficiency and output quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels. Would be responsible for hero, hub and hygiene brand initiatives.
- Play a key role in brainstorming and concept development, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Oversee creative delivery for amber's Global social channels across platforms, social first short form video, paid social ads and creator content.
- Includes campaign planning, campaign strategy, calendar management, working with partners, creators and agencies to create the content & campaigns
- Manage internal stakeholders across global teams, ensuring great work is reported well and inputs are taken from cross functional teams before executing any campaign.
- Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines for amber, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all communication channels.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered creative workflows across content, design, production, ideation, and campaign development
What We're Looking For
- 8–12+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand marketing, content strategy, or advertising
- Proven experience leading successful brand campaigns & positioning and content ecosystems
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, storytelling, brand systems, and content direction
- Deep understanding of digital culture, social-first storytelling, and audience behavior
- Exceptional visual taste and strong art direction sensibility
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and agencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
