We are looking for a seasoned Creative / Art Director to lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print. This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, hands-on execution, and team leadership to deliver impactful, award-worthy work that drives real business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated communication solutions, creative platforms, and campaign executions
- Translate the agency's strategic direction into compelling creative output
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and differentiated concepts
- Ensure the right creative resources are aligned to projects in partnership with project/traffic teams
- Own and drive the client's brand vision and creative consistency across all deliverables
- Leverage technology and digital tools to create impactful marketing solutions
- Champion the creative process – ensuring quality briefs, structured reviews, and high creative standards
- Identify opportunities to expand creative scope and impact based on client needs and market trends
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative/design team through regular reviews, feedback, and goal setting
- Contribute to thought leadership via blogs, presentations, and industry content
Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or Visual Communication
- Strong exposure to integrated campaigns across digital and print channels
- Proven expertise across the end-to-end creative lifecycle (concept → execution → delivery)
- Deep expertise in digital design (websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, UI/UX for marketing)
- Strong understanding of copywriting and visual storytelling integration
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring creative teams
- Strong stakeholder management with senior marketing leadership and global teams
- Experience working with US / European markets and global brand standards
- Ability to balance leadership with hands-on design execution when required
- A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns for large brands
