We are a leading full-spectrum marketing agency providing creative & digital marketing services for a growing list of national and international brands. We are looking for a Associate Creative Director Copy to lead a group of writers as part of a large Creative Team.

Job Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership to the copy team, guiding them through the creative process from conceptualization to execution.

Owning the output of copy & art teams

Inspire and mentor team members to consistently produce high-quality and innovative copy/content.

Copy Direction:

Lead the development of compelling and strategic copy/content across various mediums and formats.

Ensure the alignment of creative output with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with art directors, designers, and account teams to foster a collaborative and cohesive creative environment.

Facilitate effective communication and integration of creative concepts across different departments.

Quality Assurance:

Oversee and review all copy/content produced by the team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of creativity, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

Client Interaction:

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches, presenting and defending creative concepts effectively.

Collaborate with account teams to understand client expectations and deliver solutions that exceed them.

Strategic Thinking:

Contribute to the development of creative strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.

Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years of advertising agency experience with a focus on Content / Copywriting, preferably in the digital space.

Expertise: Proven ability to craft compelling copy for both B2C and B2B brands across diverse mediums and formats.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership experience, inspiring and managing creative teams to deliver outstanding results.

Communication: Exceptional command over the English language with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas effectively.

Education: Graduates / Postgraduates, preferably with a degree in Literature, Journalism, or Communications.
