Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Creative Designer to support the development of branding and marketing materials across digital and business platforms. This role involves translating ideas into visually engaging content while maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce branding and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, infographics, and social media creatives
  • Create visually compelling content for digital platforms and internal/external communications
  • Develop layouts, illustrations, and design assets aligned with brand guidelines
  • Design professional presentations (PowerPoint) and structured business documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into effective visual solutions
  • Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
  • Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and audiences
  • Update and manage website content using tools like WordPress/Elementor
  • Organize and maintain design files and digital assets
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects / Premiere Pro or similar tools)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Adobe Document Cloud (interactive PDFs, forms, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to create engaging social media and marketing creatives
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Basic understanding of web design tools (Elementor or similar platforms)
