Job Description
Role Overview: This person will be responsible for the high-volume execution of daily performance marketing, retargeting, product banner creations around sales led/campaign led communication, social media moment marketing led communication amongst other relevant offline and digital brand assets. The primary objective is to create culturally relevant, engaging creative that cuts through the noise on digital platforms.
Key Requirements
Experience Background:1–3 years, preferably (not limited to) in a high-paced digital agency handling multiple D2C accounts. They must be used to high-volume output and quick TATs. D2C brand experience working on the brand side would be the best fit.
Design Aesthetic: We need a portfolio that demonstrates bold, quirky, or unconventional work. We are avoiding safe or overly polished corporate styles. The candidate should be high on a skillset that involves rigorous benchmarking across trending design formats and culturally aware about the quality of assets that resonates with multiple TG cohorts.
TG Understanding & Treatment: Ability to decipher and execute multiple design treatments for building more massy Tier 2 + market led visual communications along with affluent Tier 1 TG set visual communications keeping the first principles of branding in mind.
Speed of Execution: Ability to turn around creative assets quickly to keep up with real-time moment marketing and media trends and is culturally aware around Gen-Z and other culturally relevant cohorts of communication.
Format Versatility: Comfortable designing across various digital and offline formats, from static posts to memes and basic video edits, OOH/Billboard, Flex designs, merchandising and other relevant visual formats.
