Associate Counsel

Our legal teamreviews contracts, advises the firm on matters of legal consequence, andproactively assesses and manages the firm's risk exposure. The legal team is responsiblefor stayingabreast oflegal developmentsimpacting the firm on a global basis and then advising the firm based on the changing legal landscape.

What You'll Do

• Support global contracting process, which includes tasks such as:
• Reviewing,revisingand negotiating client agreements such as confidentiality agreements, master services agreements, software licensing agreements, data access agreements,data processing agreementsetc.
• Drafting and managing ZS formcontracts
• Respondingto legal queries for client Request for Proposals (RFP/RFIs)
• Helping to manage the overall contracting processes
• Assistin providing legal support to business functions and across various client practiceareas
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• LLBdegree with strong academic backgroundrequired

• 1-3years of relevant work experience,International legal experience and foreign language competencies preferred

• Superiororal and written communicationskills

• Motivation, personalinitiativeandstrong team/interpersonal skills

• Strong analytic skills andproblem solvingability

• Provenattention to detail andhighlevelof accuracy

• Excellent time management skills

• Flexibility tofacilitatemeeting with internal and external contacts globally

• Additionally,service provider/vendor contract transactional experienceis particularly valuable.
