Associate- Corporate Support (Legal)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and IPR-related documents.
• Maintain contract trackers, renewal schedules, and version control for alllegaldocumentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and UAE counterparts for compliance and documentation support.
• Conduct basiclegalresearch on corporate, commercial, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing board resolutions, filings, and corporate compliance documents.
• Handle documentation, data management, and secure record-keeping oflegaland corporate files.
• Support policy drafting, vendor due diligence, and routine corporate support tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

. LLB / LLM with 0-1 years experience in corporatelegal, contracts, or IPR.
. Strong drafting, compliance understanding, andlegalresearch skills.
. Knowledge of data protection laws and UAElegalframework (preferred).
. Ability to manage contracts, documentation, and risk assessment.
