Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Develop pitch books/presentation and other marketing materials and financial models
- Support senior bankers on research and analysis of companies / industries for various assignments
- Support the team in maintaining and updating credentials / pitch books and other databases
- Stay up to date on various regulations governing capital raising
- Build sound understanding of the products and service offerings of CLSA
Requirements
- Master's Degree, MBA from a Tier 1 institute and / or CA (rank holder)
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant experience in investment banking/equity capital markets with a reputed IB firm. Prior advisory / PE syndication experience will be an added plus
- Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft suite of tools including Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and handle more than 1 assignment frequently
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent command of English Language in both spoken and written
