Role: Corporate Events Lead

Location: Thane

Experience: 3-4 Years ONLY

Industry Preference: IT Product / SaaS / FinTech

About the role:

Valuefy is seeking a highly organized and presentable Corporate Event Lead to support the planning and execution of corporate events, internal engagements, and external industry initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to represent the company professionally in client-facing and leadership-facing environments. This role offers significant visibility and requires a high level of ownership, coordination, and on-ground

execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Support end-to-end execution of corporate events including client events, conferences, townhalls, leadership sessions, webinars, CXO roundtables, and employee engagements.
  • Manage all event logisticsvenue coordination, vendor management, branding, collaterals, travel arrangements, attendee management, giveaways and scheduling.
  • Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Leadership.

Pre-Event Operations

  • Drive communication cycles include invitation lists, RSVP tracking, reminders, and pre-event briefings.
  • Prepare event materials such as agendas, presentations, event kits, signage, and documentation.

On-Ground Event Management

  • Serve as the primary point of coordination during events, ensuring smooth registration, guest interactions, speaker support, and overall event flow.
  • Oversee event quality standards including setup, branding consistency, and attendee experience.

Post-Event Follow-Up

  • Ensure timely dissemination of thank-you communications, feedback forms, follow-ups, and handovers to relevant teams.
  • Maintain post-event documentation: photographs, videos, attendance reports, and event summaries for internal reviews.

Awards, Recognition & Social Media

  • Support award submission processes, speaker nominations, and recognition applications with complete documentation.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for event-related social media updates and post-event visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 34 years of experience in corporate events, preferably in an IT Product / SaaS / FinTech environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong, polished professional presence.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling event logistics, vendor coordination, and multi-stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and execute with precision.
  • Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media coordination and basic marketing processes is an advantage.
