About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Account Opening & Maintenance Specialist with 2–3 years of relevant banking operations experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing account opening, maintenance, and closure activities while ensuring compliance with KYC, regulatory, and internal banking requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Account Opening, Account Maintenance, and Account Closure related activities.
• Handle instructions and enquiries from internal stakeholders and ensure defined Bank SLAs are met.
• Review and maintain client documentation in line with KYC policies, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Relationship Teams to ensure business requirements are effectively fulfilled.
• Identify and assess customer-related risk factors.
• Perform screening of related parties to identify potential risks and PEPs.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all operational activities.
• Work effectively in a high-pressure and complex operational environment.
• Maintain a strong client-focused approach while delivering high-quality service.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Account Opening and Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of KYC, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of customer risk assessment and PEP screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to deliver high-quality output.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-handling skills.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to meeting SLAs.
