OBJECTIVE
Lead a team of creative resources in the development of breakthrough ideas that help drive client reputations and brands: big ideas that audiences participate in and engage with. Co-develop the creative strategy and help in the ideation. Lead the creative team and set standards for all creative output by acting as a gate keeper along with Creative Director. Build strong relationships with clients and be responsible for selling innovative programs.

•Conceptual strength in creative thinking irrespective of the media or platform on which an idea may be executed
•Able to apply cultural touchstones to add relevance and interest in your work while solving the business problem for the client
•Understand strategic rigor and how to translate strategy into powerful ideas
•Effective at providing constructive feedback and clear direction to improve your teams ideas
•Deep experience leading the production of creative assets across many forms of media
•Strong idea generation and evaluation skills
•Experienced in delivering creative assets for bought, owned and earned strategies
•Excellent internal/client-facing verbal/written communication skills
•Well-developed time management and resource management
•Strong knowledge of Ai tools, programs, trends in digital and media platforms
ROLE
•Generate ideas that resonate with an audience, work across channels and achieve or surpass client goals
•Respond to briefs with a clear creative vision for teams to bring to life across platforms and or media
•Be conversant in industry and cultural trends and able to bring unconventional and unexpected solutions to the table.
•Be a trusted authority for clients and elevate the reputation of WS
•Lead, develop and mentor creative teams
•Partner with and encourage the growth and engagement of integrated PR teams- elevating the development of campaigns from conception through completion
•Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and maximize the contribution
•Be open to strategic feedback
•Demonstrate value in client meetings, and represent the agency at an industry level.
•Proactively propose content and creative ideas
•Identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients
•Be able to consolidate, articulate, communicate and present creative ideas to clients in a persuasive and easy-to-comprehend way
•Help develop, review and provide feedback for creative briefs
•Manage talent across a range of creative skills, developing emerging leaders
•Be up-to-date with the most current industry trends

Experience:
At least 6-8 years of experience in Copywriting
