Responsibilities
- Curate long-form blogs and generate images using AI tools across various niches
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and brand tone, and assist with content creation, including blogs, articles, and other written materials.
- Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency in style, tone, and format
- Collaborate with the Content Manager for approvals and feedback.
- Transform drafts into engaging, audience-focused narratives that elevate the brand's communication.
- Develop creative content ideas and experiment with different formats
- Guide junior team members on content structuring and AI tools.
- Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, tone, and style across blogs, websites, emails, and social media platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and content marketing techniques
- Create engaging and valuable content that drives brand growth and resonates with

Desired Qualifications
- 23 years of professional experience in content writing, copy editing, or digital publishing, with a portfolio showcasing long-form and versatile niche writing.
- Flawless command of grammar, punctuation, and structural flow.
- Experience using AI tools for both content curation and image generation.
- Hands-on experience with content optimization tools along with familiarity with SEO research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- The ability to mentor junior creators by establishing clear content structures and best practice workflows for AI integration.
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts, programs, and brand directions.
