About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Content Manager with a strong background in competitive exam content and EdTech operations. This role is designed for someone who understands government exam ecosystems deeply and can lead the transition from traditional content production to AI-assisted workflows.

You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional content quality, reducing errors through automation, and managing a team of SMEs to build highly competitive test series aligned with the latest exam patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Content Ownership

  • Ensure all test series and question banks strictly align with the latest government exam patterns and syllabus updates.
  • Benchmark platform content against competitors and continuously improve quality, relevance, and difficulty standards.
  • Maintain high editorial and academic accuracy across all content assets.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and content contributors.
  • Train and transition teams from manual content production to AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Improve team productivity through structured processes, automation, and quality systems.

Error Reduction & Quality Control

  • Build automated quality-check systems to significantly reduce user-reported errors.
  • Implement AI-assisted review workflows for question validation, formatting, and duplication checks.
  • Establish scalable review and approval processes to maintain consistency across content.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in EdTech content management or educational publishing.
  • Must have personally cleared multiple stages (Prelims/Mains) of government competitive exams.
  • Strong understanding of exam trends, syllabus structures, and test design.
  • Proven experience managing educational content teams.
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools, prompting systems, and AI-assisted content workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using AI tools for content generation, validation, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to design scalable content review systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
