Job Overview

The Associate Content Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and managing high-quality learning content across digital and instructor-led learning solutions. The role requires collaboration with SMEs, instructional designers, media teams, and project stakeholders to ensure engaging, learner-centric, and business-aligned content delivery.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and review learning content for digital, virtual, and classroom training programs.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Ensure content quality, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage content development timelines and support end-to-end project execution.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
  • Support localization, adaptation, and updating of existing learning content.
  • Coordinate with media, graphics, and production teams for multimedia integration.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to content standards and brand guidelines.
  • Mentor junior content developers and provide content-related guidance.
  • Participate in client discussions and support requirement analysis when required.
  • Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within timelines.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree (preferred)

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience
