Develop quality and comprehensive content for the company's medical publications within strict timelines.
Ensure that the articles developed are free from plagiarism, checked for accuracy of facts, interpreted correctly from the source/s, and rewritten for easy understanding of the readers (doctors)
Understand the exact requirement of articles (target audience, objective, etc) and develop suitable content.
Extract relevant content (medical data and images) from various online and offline sources; important to have a strong scientific outlook and possess extraordinary skills in literary search using the right keywords.
Discuss review comments with the inhouse content reviewers and edit content suitably.
Maintain consistency in language and ensure the articles adhere to the style guidelines and language guidelines by working with the inhouse copyeditors.
Have an overall understanding of the medical field, pharmaceutical industry, and trending topics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical advancements, discoveries, regulations, and trends, and come up with ideas to capture them in our magazines/periodicals/journals.
Support and contribute to the department's digital marketing activities to promote the publication portfolio.

Flair and passion for writing
Excellent command over the English language
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical or scientific publishing setups
Experience in digital marketing (mobile apps, email marketing, and mobile marketing) is a plus
