Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

information Data validation and entry of quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources including: prospectus, annual reports, press releases, websites, and other filing types of publicly traded companies for the creation or amending of securities data

Ability to interpret documents by using pre-determined processes and procedures

Assist in the daily maintenance of the LEI/SEDOL universe by reviewing, correcting or updating data

Processing customer requests within agreed timescales and to agreed quality standards

Responsible for answering and validating customer inquiries via written/oral communication

The ability to communicate effectively across the group inclusive of peers, leads, managers and other colleagues

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to meet strict daily production, quality, and timeliness standards that have been established by the department.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within agreed timescales

Reference data knowledge covering a wide range of asset classes, global markets and corporate actions

Knowledge of security identifiers and international standards

Microsoft Office Moderate/Advanced skills in Excel for manipulation of data

Excellent English language skills (write, read, talk)

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field

Experience in the Financial Service Industry

Experience in operational environment with database maintenance
