Associate Content Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Curate bibliographic information such as article title, manuscript ID, journal title, review date, editor name & editor email IDs from the peer review emails received from the peer reviewers.
• Assist customers in curating research publications to their respective profile and troubleshoot queries related to Author Profiles.
• Expected to follow prescribed editorial policies, procedures, and instructions to capture the bibliographic information with required quality metrics.
• Requires the ability and willingness to efficiently handle assigned tasks in a highly productive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent
