Qualifications & Skills

• 1-4 years experience in software development, implementation, or support, including at least one year in banking technology domains or digital banking products.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, Springboot, JavaScript, and XML. Familiarity with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.

• Exposure to software deployment and troubleshooting using application servers (especially Oracle Weblogic).

• Experience with source control and release management tools.

• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

• Willingness to travel to client sites and work at offshore locations as required flexibility to work on rotational shifts.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS deployments, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and modern testing tools.

• Understanding of banking terminology and digital banking applications.

• Experience with Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, Oracle Fusion SOA Suite, or related middleware.

• Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Prior experience with issue tracking systems and client solution presentations.

• Exposure to software development processes and quality standards.
