Qualifications & Skills
1-4 years experience in software development, implementation, or support, including at least one year in banking technology domains or digital banking products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, Springboot, JavaScript, and XML. Familiarity with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database.
Exposure to software deployment and troubleshooting using application servers (especially Oracle Weblogic).
Experience with source control and release management tools.
Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
Willingness to travel to client sites and work at offshore locations as required flexibility to work on rotational shifts.
Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS deployments, Agile/DevOps methodologies, and modern testing tools.
Understanding of banking terminology and digital banking applications.
Experience with Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, Oracle Fusion SOA Suite, or related middleware.
Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience with issue tracking systems and client solution presentations.
Exposure to software development processes and quality standards.
