Job Summary
Redseer is hiring Associate Consultants to play a pivotal role in solving complex business challenges through strategic insights and data-driven recommendations. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with clients, including founders and CXOs, while collaborating with experienced consulting professionals. The role involves leading key deliverables and contributing to high-impact strategic initiatives that drive business success.
The Associate Consultant will conduct structured primary and secondary research, analyze data, and create articulate, insight-led presentations. The position requires close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing. Success in this role will strengthen client decision-making and foster strong professional growth within an entrepreneurial environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to drive client engagements aligned with project objectives and timelines.
- Conduct and moderate expert interviews, consumer surveys, and ecosystem discussions to collect relevant insights.
- Develop comprehensive questionnaires based on hypothesis-driven research frameworks.
- Engage closely with Senior Consultants and Engagement Managers to support project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Work directly with founders and CXOs on competitive intelligence, go-to-market strategy, market sizing, and pitchbook development.
- Support primary research findings with strong secondary research using online tools and proprietary Redseer IP.
- Perform analytical assessments to generate actionable recommendations across assigned workstreams.
- Create detailed Excel models, including business model development, financial modeling, and market sizing analysis.
- Prepare structured, insight-driven client presentations ensuring logical flow and strong storytelling.
- Present findings to clients for assigned workstreams and manage interactions on small / integrated projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 business school with 13 years of relevant consulting or strategy experience.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and familiarity with analytical tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and relationship-building skills for team collaboration and people management.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small project teams of Business Analysts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong motivation to thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- General awareness of market trends and key business dynamics relevant to consulting engagements.
