Job Description:

We are looking for an Associate Consultant Talend with 23 years of hands-on experience in data integration and ETL development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Talend, along with working knowledge of Azure, Python, and PySpark, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend
  

• Build and optimize data integration solutions for large-scale datasets

• Work with Azure data services for data ingestion, storage, and processing

• Develop data transformation and processing logic using Python and PySpark
  

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across pipelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ETL jobs

• Follow best practices for coding, documentation, and deployment

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 23 years of experience in Talend ETL development
  

• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data integration concepts
  

• Hands-on experience with Azure (ADF, ADLS, Synapse or related services preferred)

• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for data processing

• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
