Module Knowledge: Basic hands-on configuration or support experience in Payment Lots, Installment Plans, and Dunning.
Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of ABAP debugging (reading code to identify issues) and RICEFW objects.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a readiness to work in client-facing environments.
