Job Description
As an Associate Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical solutions across various SAP modules. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business requirements. Working closely with functional teams, you will contribute to the success of our SAP implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop SAP applications, focusing on ABAP programming and HANA database management.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of SAP systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and system designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation for SAP implementation projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP HANA database.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Web Dynpro, and SAPUI5.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its modules is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
