Job Summary
As a member of Business intelligence team, you will be involved in developing automated reporting solutions and dashboards leveraging multiple BI technologies. You will be working in close collaboration with different stakeholders across the globe.
Key Responsibilities

- Build automated interactive dashboards using BI technologies - Power BI
- Analyze data from multiple sources to derive questions and insights
- Create visualizations to show KPIs efficiently
- Use optimal data modelling / processing techniques for improved performance
- Define requirements and provide simplified explanations
- Assist the other reporting team with setting up the BI framework
- Assist in the coordination of project start-up activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets, and other required documentation.
Technical Skills
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with strong hands‑on skills in SQL/SAS, Excel, and Power BI, including dashboard creation
- Proficient in data extraction, validation, comparison, and merging across multiple IQVIA databases
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets
- Experienced in building Excel templates, dashboards, and maintaining documentation (SOPs, checklists) for project delivery
- Effective stakeholder and client interaction, including sharing insights, managing transitions, resolving queries, and handling ad‑hoc requests
- Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, work independently, collaborate with teams, and meet tight deadlines
Educational Qualification: Any bachelor's/master's degree.
