Key Responsibilities- Project Governance & Control
- Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and best practices.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and supply chain governance frameworks.
- Portfolio & Program Management
- Manage multiple supply chain projects (IBP, S&OP, logistics, procurement, etc.).
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic objectives.
- Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitate communication between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Organize steering committee meetings and prepare executive dashboards.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, and change requests.
- Prepare reports for senior management and ensure transparency.
Required Skills & Experience
- MBA - Operations Management
- Experience 0-2 Years
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Presentations , exposure to BI tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes (Planning, Sales , Procurement, Logistics).
- Good to have experience in PMO or Project Management within Supply Chain domain
