Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the PICU department
Provide clinical care to inpatients and emergency pediatric cases
Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill pediatric patients
Collaborate closely with consultants and follow clinical protocols
Support in emergency procedures and stabilization of patients
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Ensure adherence to hospital standards and patient safety practices

Preferred Candidate Profile:

MD in Pediatrics
Fellowship or DrNB in Pediatric Critical Care
Strong clinical acumen and ability to work in high-pressure environments
Willingness to work in shifts, including emergencies and on-calls
