Job Summary
As a member of RWA Patient Analytics, you will be involved in analyzing longitudinal patient datasets & will help our clients in making fact-based decision. You will be working in close collaboration with different stakeholders, and RWA teams in across the globe.
Responsibilities
- Deliver value and high-quality service.
- Use efficient techniques on Longitudinal patient data, EMR data & claims datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Support junior team members in their ramp up period and provide necessary support from data & analytical perspectives.
- Assist in the coordination of project start-up activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets, and other required documentation.
- Support in Blue-chip activities like automation, apply Lean techniques in projects and generate innovative ideas for the growth of CoE.
Qualification
- Require good analytical & problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
- Knowledge and understanding of the programming and reporting processes and frameworks.
- Ability to draw algorithms to successfully transform transactional data to summarized data assets.
- Proficiency in SASPythonR & SQL. Candidate is expected to have knowledge of creating macros or reusable programming snippets.
- Active participation to generate ideas to create better and optimal solution of our analytical problems and be a Business or Technical subject matter expert .
- Team Management experience is a plus.
- Ability to successfully work together with a (virtual) team (including international teams as required) as well as independently.
- Effective time management to meet daily metrics and team objectives.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to change.
- Business/operational skills that include customer focus, commitment to quality management, and problem solving.
