Job Description
Support the Team leader of City Level Technical Cell (CLTC) for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for technical matters and other tasks assigned from time to timeCarry out all field tasks and visits for the projects under Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP) and In-situ slum rehabilitation (ISSR) components of PMAY programProvide support to carry out visit to slums for tenability and viability analysisMonitoring of projects under Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) componentIdentifying models for in-situ slum development and relocation of untenable slumsOn-site monitoring of projects under AHP and ISSR component starting from construction to completion phaseSupport in Preparation of Housing For All Plan of Action (HFAPoA) and Annual Implementation Plan (AIP)Preparation of Utilization Certificates for projects sanctioned under PMAYAttend client meetings and assist in engaging with client and other external stakeholdersPrepare internal MIS reports / presentations, reports, as and when required Assisting client on various matters such as preparation of reports, presentations, MIS etcOther activities as may be envisaged and instructed from reporting manager/ client from time to time
