Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in business, medicine, life sciences or related fields from tier 1 B-schools/ IITs in India and abroad (preferred)
About the Role
Join IQVIA's Commercial Solutions Excellence Center (CSEC) and help life sciences organizations solve complex business challenges through commercial strategy, analytics, and healthcare consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver healthcare consulting projects.
- Analyze data and develop client presentations.
- Manage stakeholders and project workstreams.
- Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Support proposals, research, and thought leadership.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team initiatives.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Life Sciences/Healthcare Strategy Consulting.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading consulting engagements and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for healthcare and life sciences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Background Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma Consulting, Commercial Strategy, Market Access, Brand Strategy, or Management Consulting.
