Job Description

Title: Associate Consultant

Key Expectations: Demonstrate subject matter knowledge and drive excellence across client delivery of Talent Assessments, Development and Engagement projects while leveraging technology and behavioral sciences

Responsibilities:

Program Management & Delivery

  • Engage as a subject matter expert across multiple stages in delivery as per clients requirements in partnership with senior consultants
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day error-free operations of business-critical workflows
  • Drive participant engagement using structured communication approaches
  • Define and implement evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness
  • Configure and manage Jombay's Technology Platform to administer assessment centers, development journeys, or surveys for clients
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to escalate and prioritize client issues to ensure quality service delivery

Client Engagement & Solution Design

  • Understand the client's objectives and needs to develop solutions
  • Design solution decks, pitches, approach notes, and explainer documents etc
  • Serve as a custodian for the client context and translate it into every deliverable shared with the client
  • Handle client objections and provide sustainable solutions at different stages of project delivery

Content Development

  • Liaise with clients as required, exploring their context, challenges, and desired outcomes to contextualize content for Assessments and Learning modules 
  • Create, curate, and develop wise, witty and relevant content for Jombay's Development Journeys
  • Design standard and custom assessment content such as case studies, role plays, etc.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Adept at using various Gen AI tools to produce a better, faster output
  • Well-versed with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets & Slides)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Technology savviness and the ability to work with digital platforms
  • Ability to work productively in a work-from-home environment
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays for flagship programs

Experience & Educational Background:

  • Master's in Psychology (Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in the same or related field

Location:

  • Remote
  • Mandatory travel for company events, offsites, and client meetings when required
