Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements, under the guidance of senior team members.
Manage and maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of validation rules, workflow rules, and basic automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
Perform regular data quality checks, assist with data imports/exports, and support data integrity initiatives.
Help maintain and update standard and custom reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs.
