Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain records in system and Excel.
• Validate documents and information.
• Follow up via calls/emails with institutes or candidates.
• Coordinate with verification sources and internal teams.
• Ensure timely closures of verification checks.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in market research, company profiling, or secondary research.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience in transformation projects in banking is a plus.
• Good analytical thinking and stakeholder management.
